Dan our technician did a good job at explaining up front what was going to be done along with a quote and time frame. Within an hour of him arriving I had a new outlet installed for my clothes dryer along with a new cord. Very pleased with everything.

Erickson installed a Rheem hybrid pump water heater for me. The install itself was smooth, but where these guys really went above and beyond was answering my questions ahead of the install. These hybrid pump units are somewhat newer, so naturally I had a few questions, and if Erickson didn't have the answer, they went right to their Rheem rep to get me the relevant info. Really a great experience working with Erickson.

Brian explained things in a way that I could understand and also seemed very trustworthy. He gave me options of repair and replacement with good, better, best and explained the benefits of each option. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision, which is very important to me.

Helped me out quickly and well with parts for a ceiling light install.

Had a floor drain backing up, Deans was the 1st company who could make it out. After showing the tech where the problem was I was told I needed my main drain cleaned and it would be $900+. Brought in the equipment and not sure if it was pure laziness or lack of experience but he didn’t even get past my foundation walls because he refused to even open the floor cap access point. Said he was getting stuck and had to send someone else with a camera. 24 hours later a guy showed up with a camera. Went directly into the floor access and found a clog about 67 feet out. Didn’t try to complete the cleaning I already paid for and told me they would need to dig up my yard and replace a section of pipe for $5000+. Did not give me any other options.Had another company come out and in less then an hour and $230 a small clump of roots was removed and my pipes are cleaned and flowing again.

I suggest you continue your search for a plumber and look past Mclain plumbing. I had been dealing with a Shawn Petersen(sp?) attempting to get a quote. Long story short instead of behaving like an adult and providing the reason for not giving a quote he simply allowed my calls and emails to go unanswered. When I contacted the main office and spoke with Krista she also failed to respond to my inquiry with either providing me someone else to give a quote or a reason for Shawn Petersen's unprofessional behavior. Lastly, I requested the owner provide a reason for this behavior. Ofcourse, it has gone unanswered. There's companies that deserve your business and those that don't. Mclain simply doesn't deserve your business Do not contact unless you want your time wasted! Complete nonprofessionals!
