I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I've had multiple people from HomeWorks come to our house and ALL of them have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Customer service and attention to detail has been fantastic. Lamar and Eric installed our AC recently and did an exceptional job. Took time to answer all my questions and went over everything.

Had a main valve and kitchen faucet replacement. He was in an out. No problems. Smooth sailing. I recommend these guys fully.

Our water heater stopped working. We called to customer service who said someone is coming out the next day and we are in the emergency list. No one came. We scheduled a new appointment and got a confirmation it's going to be open appointment for 3 days later. I called 1pm and 4.40pm to customer service to see that someone is still coming, they confirmed we are still in the schedule. 4.50pm got a text message our appointment is canceled. We called to customer service to book a new one and they offered an appointment 12 days later. Very disappointed. If you can't come, don't schedule us and let people wait. Be aware as we have been waiting for 4 days now.

Had a shower leak going into my kitchen, a rep was able to come out the next day to take a look. I also had items from my home inspection needing follow up so the tech was able to review and provide recommendations. We decided to fix the shower and install a new water heater and they were able to come out within 48 hours to do the work. While expensive, the tech provided me with multiple options and explained the pros/cons of each. I didn’t feel pressured to choose the most expensive option or make a choice quickly.The scheduling was very efficient and they text or call ahead when they’re on their way and include a name and picture in the text which is really nice so you know who to expect and when.The installation/fixes went ok overall, some cleanup to do afterwards but they were communicative throughout the process.I was helped by Tyler, Brad, Luke and Ryan. They were all very nice and respectful.Unfortunately after the fixes I had an issue with a chimney leak (right onto the new heater!) and the shower started leaking again. They were able to come the next day and Brad was able to fix the issues quickly and at no extra cost. Just some sediment build up on a shower part which is pretty normal. He was able to divert the chimney line so it doesn’t leak on the heater as well.I’d definitely work through Deans again, perhaps it’s more spendy than other companies but there are no surprises, they have great communication & availability, and overall I trust the work.

Excellent, professional work. Haso and his Pronto team installed a new water heater, A/C, furnace, thermostat, and UV light for us. They hauled away all the old equipment and cleaned up. He also figured out how to move our thermostat to a new (better) location. I am so happy with the work they did. He was also friendly, on time, respectful about wearing a mask and keeping our house clean. Pronto is a great company.

I suggest you continue your search for a plumber and look past Mclain plumbing. I had been dealing with a Shawn Petersen(sp?) attempting to get a quote. Long story short instead of behaving like an adult and providing the reason for not giving a quote he simply allowed my calls and emails to go unanswered. When I contacted the main office and spoke with Krista she also failed to respond to my inquiry with either providing me someone else to give a quote or a reason for Shawn Petersen's unprofessional behavior. Lastly, I requested the owner provide a reason for this behavior. Ofcourse, it has gone unanswered. There's companies that deserve your business and those that don't. Mclain simply doesn't deserve your business Do not contact unless you want your time wasted! Complete nonprofessionals!
