We had the best experience with Alex - he was extremely accurate, thorough, and truly went above and beyond!We had a very complex leak and our association had called multiple other companies to come out, but none were able to identify the cause and next steps. When we called Paul Bunyan Plumbing, Alex came out and he almost immediately identified the issue, ran all the appropriate tests, was extremely clear, helpful and friendly - he is an absolute lifesaver!!This is an amazing company, trust them with all your plumbing needs!

This is month number two of taking time of work to be in an incredibly long wait window only to receive a call 30 minutes in that no tech would be showing up, again. They offered to put me on first call the next day but can I be sure that if I take off work they will actually show up?Poor customer service and a load of I am sorry. Who schedules appointments they can't keep while charging the person for the so called elite service plan?Don't use these guys.

Botched plumbing job, terrible communication, and refused to itemize receipt which meant I couldn’t submit to insurer, which cost me $2000. DO NOT USE.

Dan did a fabulous work at my duplex replacing the shower valve of the bathtub. The guy was extremely friendly and the company responded very quickly to my request! The two technicians that came before Dan, Ruben and another guy, were great too. Would use again and would recommend!

We had out furnace replaced as the old one was acting up on the coldest days of the year. And, right on the holidays as well. Pronto bid us a new furnace and installed it on Monday after New Years. With a 7am appointment, they were here at 6:45. Installation was complete 6 hours later after a crew of 3 worked to replace the furnace, humidifier, zone controls and thermostats. Everything was cleaned up and done very professionally. We are quite happy with the service.
