Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Rescheduled for the next day and they never showed up but they gave me a heads up they would be here the next day. Still never showed up and haven't heard a peep from them since.

Great experience with Michael. FIrst off, the scheduling for him to come out was super easy, and they followed up twice letting me know when he was going to be out. That alone is an amazing step up from most other service type places we deal with in our lives. Once here, he was very friendly, and knowledgeable...told me about the company and his background to set the stage, then got to checking things out. He quickly identified that not only was our water heater likely in worse shape than we had figured, but our water softener that we've been mindlessly putting salt into for however long wasn't actually working at all! So, bummer for the pocket book, but glad that he was so thorough. After the inspection, he clearly walked through some options, gave some recommendations, and asked how I'd like to get the info. Very shortly after he left, I received a detailed quote to figure out which direction we we will be going. Overall very satisfied with the interaction, no we just need to make a decision!

Troy did a Fantastic Job! He came in with a great attitude, very professional and followed all Covid-19 protocols. His personal inputs and respect towards his customer invoked a possible repeat customer for an electrical system repair/upgrade. Had Dan come out. Ignition was unhappy, and pilot wouldn't light. Little cleaning, and some elbow grease, and Dan had my hot water heater repaired and flushed in about an hour. Pleasant guy. Saved me $250 on a new burner assembly for my water heater

Tony was helpful and professional. I will absolutely be using this company again for any future plumbing needs.
