I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

When I called Jeff just after I discovered water in our finished basement, he was there within 2 hours assessing the problem. Within 3 days, he had cleaned up the mess, dried everything out, and hauled away the damaged materials. My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
