Best Drain Repair in Minneapolis MN

Tim came out on short notice to reconnect our kitchen sink faucet and sprayer after we had new countertops installed and handyman was unable to complete the job! He called ahead of time to let us know his ETA. Once he arrived, he quickly identified that the installers had taken a few integral pieces needed (such as flange, sprayer bracket, faucet under mount screws, sprayer top housing unit) and…the new sink mount bracket has been placed too closely to the sprayer opening. Unfortunately, because of this, we were unable to use our faucet/sprayer as originally planned. He provided replacement/repair options along with price estimates prior to proceeding with any work. We would definitely use his services again! A+

I had my water heater replaced by John H. He did a great job and provided me with several options from a basic band-aid approach to fixing my existing water heater to top of the line tank-less and everything in-between.

Bought a house three years ago. The basement remodel failed to install a floor drain in the laundry room. I did some online research about costs and installation procedures.

I contacted a few plumbers including Jake. All the others either didn’t respond or wanted $100 plus to “come and look at it”.

Jakes got back to me quickly and asked for photos of the install area. They got back to me with a ballpark number which was reasonable. I knew that opening a concrete floor often presented surprises. Jake’s crew of 2 worked several hour in a wet clay base we found under the floor. They did a great job and the drain works perfectly. Jake’s charge was a few hundred dollars over the estimate ( Under $2000 total), but well within the cost info I found on line. If I need plumbing, Jakes is my first call.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

These guys do really great work. They are always very polite and kind when entering my home. Wear masks the entire time. Lay drop cloths to walk on and just leave the place perfect the way they found it. I’ve had them to multiple jobs on my home - total plumbing for my new basement bathroom and total plumbing for my 2nd floor laundry room addition and saved me from the GC’s plumber’s bad ideas. Last time they were here I said “I want a hat. I want to rep the brand.” Found plumbing services for life.

I had my annual A/C checkup today. Bonfe sent me a young woman named Tillie who arrived on time, did a thorough check of my A/C , washed the condenser coil and replaced my very dirty filter. I'm glad to see smart, confident women working in this traditional male role. She was very personable and I hope to see her again and wish her the best of luck in her new career.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using John in the future. He was able to come out the same day I called and fixed my plumbing issue on the spot.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
