Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. Had Mike from Norblom out today to do a simple replacement job under our kitchen sink that we just didn't have time to do ourselves. He called to let me know he was on the way, arrived 5 minutes before the beginning of our appointment window, was very personable and seemed like a straight shooter. He also checked our basement floor drain and was able to get Norblom's drain guy, Zach, scheduled right away to clear it out. He was also right on time (arrived 5 min after the appointment window started). Both jobs were done quickly and like Mike, Zach was friendly and very nice about answering my questions about maintenance. Total for the two separate calls was $305. They also replaced our water heater a few years ago (think that was done by a Ben), and we were happy with that service as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Recently I had Elijah from Bonfe out to inspect the furnace in my home. The strange noise was an indication the furnace was reaching the end of its life. Elijah got Jason out to discuss options the same morning, and that afternoon the team of Mitch and Zach were in to replace the furnace and thermostat. The whole thing got done the same day and the process didn’t even disturb my work day in the home office. Amazing, friendly, efficient work by all. Great coordination between teams.

Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. I would recommend John Anderson for his outstanding plumbing work and his straight-forward approach to high customer satisfaction. Our minds are now at ease!

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
