We used Erik Nelson plumbing upon the recommendation of a friend, and were super satisfied with the service. Not only did our plumber fix the sink clog, he explained the process, and how to reduce the chance of it happening in the future. ENP will be our go-to plumber!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I called Roto-Rooter. Dispatch got my information and promised I would hear from someone with in the hour and I did. TechKevin #921 arrived,a the situation (flooding first floor) and solved the issue. He gave advice on how to better prevent this from happening again. I will seek approval to follow his recommendation and develop a lasting solution. He arrived promptly, was professional, took precautions to contain the mess and I feel like I really got my money's worth. Couldn't be happier. Thanks

Had new water heater installed Sept 2020.. Manufacturer Controller failed in April of 2021.. Nordblom team were able to find the part and installed in the same day... Shout out to Amy and Mike for persistence and flawless communication to get this repair resolved... TY Brian

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
