Best Drain Pipe Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

I’ve had the opportunity to use TJK Plumbing three times now, and they have been stellar! First, they repaired a botched sump pump install job from another company, and were speedy and efficient.

Next, they tackled a major sump pump winter reroute and the work was done flawlessly. DJ worked up the quote, coordinated with city of Plymouth, and then knocked out a great job.

Yesterday, Adam responded immediately to a broken pipe within my house and had it fixed the same day. Wonderful work, personable, & had it done in two hours!

Cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of the plumbers. The office staff is friendly and really worked with my busy schedule as a teacher.

Top Notch Plumbers. I've had both major (collapsed sewer line in basement) and minor (outdoor faucet needing replacement) done by Eric Nelson Plumbing. They explained the job and answered my questions, along with giving an estimate, ahead of time. Professional.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Had them out a couple times to address leaks. Both times Weld & Sons was responsive, prompt and did good work coming up with cost effective solutions to address some out of the ordinary issues. Thanks Dan and Ben.

The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

He did an outstanding job explaining the installation of our water heater and answered all our questions. We were extremely impressed with his abilities and expertise.

They were wonderful I will use them again the repairman showed up and fixed hot water. He was VERY friendly and explained everything. He wasn't leaving until we had hot water thank you very much will tell everyone I no to use John Anderson's plumbing. Thank you again.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
