TJK scheduled my appointment quickly, showed up exactly when scheduled, and was very responsive. David was the plumber that did the work in my home. He was skilled, thorough, polite, efficient, and clearly explained everything to me. There was no pressure to do additional work. He was just about to leave and I asked him to look at something else. He grabbed his tools, which had already been loaded, and readily came back in to do one more thing for me. I would call them again, and ask for David!

MN Plumbing isn't what it used to be. High pressure sales tactics to make money. And was told half truths to scare me in to purchasing unnecessary service. Done with them!

Jake fixed my bathroom plumbing so I can actually use my bathroom sink (YAY!) and temporarily rigged my toilet tilI I figure out what I want to do with it-repair or replace, and actually it's rigged darn good, Jake! Reasonable rates, cleaned up when done - MUCH better than those robbers MSPP&H. Thanks again - will have you back soon for the toilet.

We have used Erik Nelson Plumbing for years. They are always professional, communicative and know the plumbing space. We have jobs done such as bath tub, toilet repairs, pipe damages, etc. Great company

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

William was very professional and helpful. He couldn't clear the drain because the pipe is broken but was helpful in explaining next steps. The best thing I wasn't charged for the drain clear because he was able to clear. Thank you William for your great customer service!!

Can't review this business. Because tbey never answer their phone I was never able to talk to someone. I prefer not to receive callbacks.

Update - I was finally able to get an appt made and was very pleased with service. The repairman did a great job and confirmed assessment from another company was completely wrong. Saved me $$

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.

Very intent to details, family oriented integrity driven company

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
