I own a duplex and my tenants called me on a weekday evening with some of the worst news, their sewer drain was overflowing and water was all over the laundry room.I called Roto-rooter and they were out at my doorstep within an hour. They eventually found the blockage and removed it, all for a pretty fair price (around $450, charge for sewer blockage + pulling a toilet + emergency call).The guys they sent out, Andrew (ID 2766) and Matt (ID 6772) were fantastic and didn't leave till the job was finally done (they were still there at about 10:30p on a weekday).I really appreciate the work they did and I'll definitely use them again.

I had a leak in one of my water main shut off valves. I got quotes from three places, Welder and Sons came in at about 2/3 the price of the next cheapest option. The receptionists I spoke to were kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a slot first thing the following morning and the plumber came on time and ready for the job. It was done within the quoted time and he was very personable answering additional questions I had. The work looks professional and I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experience

Mark & Vinny were out and replaced our water heater today (which was purchased someplace else). They did a great job. The leak was discovered by Matilda at Bonfe’s a few days prior when she was out doing our annual A/C check. She happened to notice the leak and let us know. Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

They just earned my loyalty going forward. We started off with a disagreement over a bill (both sides had valid points) but I was able to work it out and get it resolved. The disagreement was handled in a professional manor. I will he using them exclusively.
