TJK came highly recommended as a quality plumbing company at a reasonable price from numerous people in the neighborhood.

We told them we were available all day, so we didn't have an exact window that they should be arriving, but Tim called about 15 minutes out from our house to let us know he was on his way.

We walked through everything together and I had a quote up front with no up sale. After agreeing to the estimate, Tim started and finished the work within 3 hours: finding and repairing a kitchen drain leak which included replacing a length of pipe, replacing an outside faucet, and fixing an intermittently running toilet.

After everything was complete, we walked through again so Tim could explain exactly what he had done. Price was spot on to the estimate.

I would definitely use TJK Plumbing again.

We had them come out to fix a weeping copper pipe, and the plumber was friendly, quick, and answered all my questions (including one unrelated to the specific job at hand).

Great experience. Stu arrived on time and was fair and honest when dealing with my water heater issue. It's not often you find a plumber who's easy on the eyes and on the pocketbook.

Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I was expecting an angry guy in a grubby T-shirt and a bill for a lot more money.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

John showed up about 30 minutes after I called and fixed my sink very quickly. They were super nice and helpful.

We used Weld & Sons to remodel 3 bathrooms. We didn't have a ton of money and had some specific goals. They kept things on budget, were on time and we love our bathrooms. For the amount of work we needed done, i was very surprised at how pain-free the experience was. I really recommend these guys.

Our plumbing backed up which made our bathrooms unusable. This became an emergency situation in our household. We wanted to stick with a local company so we called Bonfe. Korlene took our call and was very helpful. She was very quick to help and answer all our questions. She found us an appointment for same day. Brenton was our service technician. He was very professional yet personable. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to our concerns and really assess the problem before starting. I don't feel that he tried to push unnecessary procedures on us but did his best to find the most cost-effective way to solve our issues. He was very knowledgeable and descriptive in the way that he explained his procedures and why they were needed. From the call center to the tech we are very happy with customer service and the end product. Bonfe will be top of our call list for any of our home needs. John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.

Fast service, good work, fair price. Ive used them 3 times now, all 3 times have been a good experience.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
