Best Drain Cleanup in Minneapolis MN

Not very friendly until he wanted me to give him good feed back.

Curtis did an awesome job. We had blockage in our plumbing from the garbage disposal which was causing the water to not drain. Curtis diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Had everything put back together in an hour or so. Great experience from the initial call to the service.

We had a partially blocked floor drain which was not an emergency but we were able to make an online appointment for the next day. As promised, we were notified of the serviceman's arrival time. Brian (#936) was our service guy. He was prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was very respectful of our home and provided information on what we could do to prevent future service calls. Within an hour we were good to go and Brian was on his way. Thanks for the great service!!

We had major drain clog problems and Brian was persistant in getting rid of the problem. He stayed until the job was sucessfully completed. We were worried it wasnt going to get fixed at all since there was so much back up. Brian waa kind and determined to get the job done and he did. We highly recommend Ron the Sewer Rat for any work that needs to be done on main line and small drain work as well as sewer cleaning. They provide excellent customer service. We had an emergency problem and the company re-arranged schedules to make it possible to take care of this problem the same day. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made it a priority to answer any questions we had. We also appreciated that they were conscientious about cleaning up.
