Best Drain Cleanup in Minneapolis MN

Shower drain clog - Setting up the appointment was easy, and the plumber/technician came at the early end of the service window. Will was very respectful of the home and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Unfortunately, the clog was not superficial so an auger was required. The only reason that this review is not a 5 star is that the cost of the service was within the normal range for this area, but came in a little high. The efficacy of the service and Will's professionalism and courtesy were top notch. Can definitely recommend on that basis.

I had a pipe burst in middle of the night, so i turned to Google to find help and that's where I found First Response and called them up and Anthony was over within the hour. He made what i thought was my worst nightmare the easiest and most stress free work I've done on my house. He explained and helped me through the entire process dealing with the mess and the insurance company. So i was left without a worry from start to finish! Great company and great people.

I called Roto-Rooter on Friday evening. Aleister was out within an hour with his bubbly, positive attitude. What I thought was a main drain issue was not. He was unable to locate it and called to have a camera come in the following morning. There was no charge for this visit. Saturday morning, Spencer was there. He tried to use his camera and was not able to see much due to the standing water (and to come to find out, the way the pipes were installed in my old house). He gave me the bad news that it was going to cost a few thousand to tear up the floor and re-route the pipes. He would have his guy come by Monday afternoon. Cody showed up and took a look with all his equipment. He wanted to know what he was working with. The install of my pipes that I mentioned earlier, made it difficult to get to the clogged pipe. But he was able to snake it at just the right angle and remove the clog without any other services needed. What I thought would cost me thousands, only cost $400 because of everyone's through inspections. I am so happy that I am able to use the sinks in my house again. Very fair and high attention to detail.

Unforeseen home issues are never fun, especially when it comes to plumbing. Roto Rooter expedited our issue and had a plumber out within 48 hours. Josh did a fantastic job of assessing our situation and uncovering an even larger problem with our main line. Without Josh's attentiveness the symptoms would've persisted. It was a unique problem and he went above and beyond to schedule a followup assessment a week later. The cadence and service were top notch, I highly recommend.
