Best Drain Cleaning Service in Minneapolis MN

We called for TJK plumbing to have a sump pump replaced. They arrived same day. David was extremely courteous and professional. He provided 3 options for the replacement along with costs. When he left the area was clean and organized. Definitely will use again!!!

I would give Jake The Plumber a zero star rating if Google would let me. Water heater stopped working so I called Jake The Plumber (on a Thursday). They came out the next day (Friday)... BUT all they did is take some pictures of the unit and then they left. They said they would email me a quote (on Monday!) for a new water heater with install, and repair parts & labor, so I could compare the two options. They were definitely pushing the new water heater & install option, even before quoting anything. They said they would have the quote to me by Monday, and this was almost two weeks ago now and I still haven't received a quote or call-back.
To be honest, I was assuming they would have the parts in their truck and fix-it on the spot. It's a newer water heater that gives you the error codes so I thought it would be an easy and quick fix. I guess not!
I ended up doing my own research that weekend and found, in the owners manual, what the error code meant and how to fix-it. Long story short, a new Flammable Vapor Sensor was all that was needed. It cost about $30.00 and I did it myself. No knowledge about anything was necessary to replace this part. A child could do it.
The funny thing is they said they would quote me a new gas valve and burner assembly and that should do the trick if I decided to repair instead of replace. I was waiting for their quote before leaving a review, just to see how bad they were going to rip me off since all it needed was a new $30 part and 5 minutes of time, but as I previously mentioned I still haven't received one yet.
They seem to have good reviews which is why I called but now it makes me wonder about the legitimacy of them. I won't use them ever again! Be careful. I would look elsewhere if it is in regards to water heaters since their knowledge about them seems minimal.

I was in a time crunch to get a few random plumbing things checked off my list from an inspection for the sale of my home. This company was very professional and prompt with their service. When a new part was needed and we really got down to the wire they accommodated my situation and we’re able to get everything done in time including coordinating with the city inspector. Would definitely recommend/use again!

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. Wow, called and they were there in an hour! Service guy was prompt and friendly and cleaned up after himself. The one thing it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be - however there was a coupon for $40 dollars off, so not too bad considering the great service and fast response.

Main water shut off valve started leaking after our meter replacement. Weld and Sons was very helpful and responsive. The repair was finished quickly and the price was reasonable. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

We had clogged drainage and my husband tried to drill it himself the previous day and can’t seem to get it unclogged. The next day a guy from Roto-Rooter came out to look at it and it seems to be draining fine. Thanks for takithe time to come out and not charge us anything. You guys are awesome and will definitely use your service in the future and most definitely will recommend your service to others.

Anthony and workers came/responded right away! They were professional and very confident and knowledgeable about my water damage disaster. I needed a new water heater due to the manner in which the old was vented so upon furnace replacement the old would not continue to vent. The installer was on time, professional and was efficient and completed the work leaving it looking great. The installer also remembered doing additional work in the house 7 years ago. Very impressive that your team remembers houses and home owners. I have always enjoyed working with Norblom and was pleased when I found out it was Norblom that was contracted by Standard Heating for the heater.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
