Tim came the same day I called, and did a great job working with me and my home warranty company. I'd recommend any time, and I'll use them again. Honest and reliable!

I had them put in a new AC, a new furnace, and a new water heater in my home in Eden Prairie. MN Plumbing and Heating technicians are professional and reliable. Their services are top-notch and they perform quality work. I am very happy on that front. That said, their prices seem higher than competitors and higher than my comparative analyses done via google. I had second thought after scheduling my installation appointment and wanted to do additional research to make sure I don't overpay and feel comfortable with my purchase. They did the best to be accommodating and I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. They were responsive and helpful. I would suggest doing your research thoroughly before you make an expensive decision like this one so you could feel good about your purchase. Bottom line, I am happy with this company and would use them again for other services.

I had some work done on my sump pump and the entire process was very smooth. The technician, Stu, was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave plenty of options for fixing the issue. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and Stu explained it in detail and added a ton of advice for the future.

Fantastic plumber. We had a drip turn into no hot water and then into new pipes and holes in our walls. It was a tough process for which we were not prepared. Erik did a great job answering questions, returning phone calls, trying easy and free ideas, and explaining every step of the process. He was on time, on budget, courteous and professional.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

We needed our sump pump fixed ASAP as it broke the day we were leaving town for the week and the day before New Years. Zach came out to our home earlier than expected and was quick and attentive and very nice. We will use this company for all our plumbing needs.

Our worst nightmare occurred Sunday night when we found that our toilet was flushing into our laundry room instead of down the sewer pipes. A horrible, embarrassing situation was made so much better by Jeff and his team at First Response. They arrived quickly after my husband called and worked to help clean up the mess and remove all damaged drywall and flooring.

We have unfortunately previously been in a similar situation with water damage and I can say that First Response is head and shoulders above the other company we used in the past. Jeff truly, truly cares about doing what is the absolute best for your situation. I cannot recommend highly enough, you won’t regret using them!

We had a very mixed experience with Norblom. I originally spoke with Jim by phone about needing installation of an isolation valve and flushing of tank for water heater. He quoted me an hourly rate and what it would cost if they supplied the valve versus us supplying it. He said that the job would take 1-2 hours. He did not mention any other parts/costs that would be involved beyond that; I was given the impression that it was just the hourly rate + the cost of the valve. Scott was sent out to perform the job. He was courteous/professional and it took him 2 hours to perform entire job. This was all fine until he shared the bill with me. It was approximately $300 more than had been quoted. He said this was because there were some extra pipes that were needed. (these were minor copper pipes that couldn't have cost much).
I responded that we were not informed there would be extra supplies at the outset and therefore I did not feel the extra $300 was fair. Scott had Jim call me and he and I discussed the situation. He insisted that he had mentioned there might be extra supplies- (he didn't!). He also made demeaning comments toward me: have you ever owned a home before?
After much haggling and rude attittude from Jim, he relented and
agreed to charge me just the hourly rate we had agreed upon and nothing for supplies (we had purchased the valve, not them).
Though the job appears to be have done well, the whole experience with the bill and my interaction with Jim left a very bad taste.

Dan was thorough, polite and had a great sense of humor. He explained what he believes to be the root cause, talked options and was supportive of us doing the work ourselves - provided part numbers and information for how to do the work. Thanks Dan!

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
