Very knowledgeable technician helped me with some plumbing work. A few faucets and some shut off valves. Cost was a fraction of what the big box plumbers charge. I'll likely be back for their $95 drains at some point. Thanks Mitch!

We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel project with a different plumber and couldn't get him to come out. So I called tjk plumbing and had dj come out and finish all of the work our previous plumber couldn't. He did a fantastic job and communication was awesome throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with the job Tech #4155 did at my mother in law's house. It's an older home and this was an ongoing problem. The tech found the problem and stuck with it until it was solved. Also, he was able to get to the home less than 45 minutes after we called for the service. He left the job sight neat and clean too ! If we, or anyone else we know, ever needs the services of Rotor Rooter again, we will ask for this excellent technician. Thank You for a great job.

The floor drains in my lower level shower and laundry room backed up over the weekend. It was bad. Very bad. Ken's was able to come out same day - on a Sunday, during the Vikings game no less! - and do some extensive drain cleaning. The person I talked to on the phone, and the techs who came out were professional and nice. The clogs were stubborn and it took a while to get it all resolved. Ken's could have raked me over the coals, price-wise, because I was in such a pickle, but I think the price was fair.

Our water heater went out I called around to a few places most of them were booked and the other ones couldn't come until later. Well we didn't want to wait to get hot water. I called Sabastian & Sons and he came right over free off charge. That was already a plus, he came and was very nice and professional he looked at the water heater and gave us our options without pressuring us, plus 2. We decided to have him fix the water heater he did a great job and charged us a reasonable rate. We will definitely use his services again. Hopefully not too soon though !
