I cannot say enough about the service we received from John and Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

I am very frustrated. They come highly recommended and other than one service call two years ago the last two times I have called the customer representative has done everything in their power to discourage me choosing them. I will not try again. Increased review after they saw this they offered to come out. They were responsive and professional. The person who came out didn't offer solutions just a need to look more. Another company came out and fixed two issues that made a huge difference in one hour.

Jerry was able to come a day early and did a thorough inspection of our a/c and furnace. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I had a bid to replace two outside lights along with two dimmer switches for interior space. Even with us providing the dimmer switches the bid was nearly $600! Keep in mind that is is maybe 45-75 minutes worth of work. I asked the tech what the hourly rate was and he would not answer. He also tried to sell us a whole house surge protection package that was over $2000 for our newer construction home. The worst part was after not agreeing to the work, we still had to pay a $99 trip charge. Insulting. We found another licensed electrician to do the work for $200. Stay away from this outfit.

This company got some national attention this week when one of its employees, Andrew Goette's wife was due to give birth to their first son, Lenny. At 39 weeks pregnant, his wife Ashley found her husband gasping for air, as a result from undiagnosed heart arrhythmia and almost died. So, she called 911 and having not been trained on CPR, she had to administer it to him whilst pregnant until paramedics arrived. Paramedics rushed Mr Goette to the hospital where he was placed in a coma for several days, with his pregnant wife by his side. Doctors were concerned that Mr. Goette had suffered severe brain damage, but thankfully woke from his coma with no apparent brain damage. Mr. Goette then got be in his hospital bed side by side with his wife until she gave birth to their first son the next day. Several news media interviewed Mr. Goette whilst lying in his hospital bed and proudly wearing this company's shirt. Which is obviously clear that he enjoys working for this company. Anyone can google Andrew Goette and read this amazing story. I'm proud to support a company that helps its employees by offering them health insurance.

Josh S. Did a great job of fixing an issue that was unresolved over the weekend. He was kind and professional and very thorough about repairing my bathtub drain. I was feeling a little frustrated after going all weekend without a functioning shower, but he was able to solve the issue in about an hour and provided options for me knowing that I had just spent money for a big repair prior to his appointment in my home. He was personable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Josh!!

Bill was very friendly, helpful, neat and informative. He explained what he was doing and pointed out some useful changes. As far as costs go, plumbers are expensive right now and I feel we got a fair value for the work done. Piperight will be at the top of my list for any future complex plumbing work, since they are both professional and pleasant and their work inspires confidence.

I have used Right Mark plumbing on more than one occasion and recommended to others who have had just as good experiences as I have. Responsive, professional, and reliable- highly recommend.
