Thanks to everyone for their kind attitudes and willingness to help me solve my shower drain clog quickly. From the staff I talked to on the phone and in person when the tech arrived, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Jordan handled the situation quickly and was patient with all of my questions. I bought a new faucet for our kitchen sink and called Roto Rooter to install it. They wouldn't give as much as a ballpark estimate over the phone, but informed me the $69 trip charge would go towards the service fee. No problem...I mean it's one faucet, right? $200? $300? Nope. Not even close. The technician arrived, looked under the sink, said that it would take about an hour and it would cost $600. No joke. $600 for ONE faucet replacement. I said that makes this a $1000 faucet. Are you kidding me? Maybe that's just the going rate these days for plumbers, but I can't even fathom what they would charge to replace a water heater. I assume $600 is a flat rate and they really should have been up front with that kind of a price tag. They wasted my time, the technician's time and gas (who was very nice) and I wasted $69 on a ridiculous estimate. Went back to Lowe's to inquire about their installation services. Flat $209, which seems just about right for a single faucet install.

I had a great experience with the two technicians that came to my home. Fred (tech #4155) and the other person arrived at the beginning of the window of time the dispatcher said they would. They quickly assessed the situation with my main house drain, and began to clear the line right away. Once I was shown the details of their initial work, they told me they were going to clear it again with a wider blade. They took their time to go the job right, and kept me in the loop at every step. Would recommend them and would totally use them again.

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Gopher Sewer and Drain were honest, fast, courteous and did a great job replacing an old leaking pipe same day. In addition, Pedro and crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and saved me several hundred dollars!
I recommend them to anyone that needs a good, honest plumber.

Great service. Returned to address a repair to sink fixture that started leaking again. Delighted to hear NO CHARGE and they replaced the gasket. High five to Benjamin Plumbing for this great experience.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
