TJK Plumbing saved the day for me! I had ordered a new washer and dryer and when it arrived I was informed that they would not install the washer due to my pipes being corroded. I immediately called TJK Plumbing and not only did they get a plumber to my house the same day, he showed up within 1 hour of me calling. David was kind and respectful but even more he was honest about the repairs I needed. I would highly recommend!!! David was also friendly with my pup which was an added bonus!

We had Alex out to change out our water heater. He was very reasonable and did a super job installing and we appreciated the fantastic clean up when he was done. I would highly recommend him!

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. Jake the Plumber was the second quote we got on a job in our century-old condo unit where we are relocating a washer/dryer and revamping a kitchen and utility room. Based on online recommendations and Jake's thorough examination of the job, we asked him to do the work.

On the first day the crew showed up at the designated time and worked through the day. Unfortunately, our old building had a surprise for us. After shutting down the building's water to install shutoffs to our unit, the building's valve failed and obstructed the flow of water to all the other units Jake and crew stayed on the job until after 9pm to repair the issue, and were complemented by the other occupants of the building on how well the situation was handled. Jake went to each affected unit and checked for pressure, and cleared grit out of water lines as needed. (Apparently this fragile old building has had other plumbing issues in the past, so the other owners here were remarkably understanding!)

Despite the extra work (our association covered the expense of the failed building valve - Jake's charges were very reasonable), Jake and crew completed the work on time and within budget. This job is the first of several as we rehab our unit and we will be calling on Jake the Plumber to continue when we begin the next phase.

I had a plugged kitchen and bathroom sink so I called and they said that they would come with in a 4 hour window, but my technician Aleister #5504 came an hour later and cleared both of my drains in now time. He was extremely friendly and personable and answered all of my questions and gave me tips to avoid the same problem in the future. The price was fair and Inwould definitely use them again and recommend them as well

Juan the technician that came out was very professional courteous and explain information in detail for me on what needed to be done. Juan also he went out his way to show me shut off valves and things that I needed to know but I did not. He was very professional knowledgeable and was willing to show me an answer all questions. I could not have had a better experience with Juan.

We had a very mixed experience with Norblom. I originally spoke with Jim by phone about needing installation of an isolation valve and flushing of tank for water heater. He quoted me an hourly rate and what it would cost if they supplied the valve versus us supplying it. He said that the job would take 1-2 hours. He did not mention any other parts/costs that would be involved beyond that; I was given the impression that it was just the hourly rate + the cost of the valve. Scott was sent out to perform the job. He was courteous/professional and it took him 2 hours to perform entire job. This was all fine until he shared the bill with me. It was approximately $300 more than had been quoted. He said this was because there were some extra pipes that were needed. (these were minor copper pipes that couldn't have cost much).
I responded that we were not informed there would be extra supplies at the outset and therefore I did not feel the extra $300 was fair. Scott had Jim call me and he and I discussed the situation. He insisted that he had mentioned there might be extra supplies- (he didn't!). He also made demeaning comments toward me: have you ever owned a home before?
After much haggling and rude attittude from Jim, he relented and
agreed to charge me just the hourly rate we had agreed upon and nothing for supplies (we had purchased the valve, not them).
Though the job appears to be have done well, the whole experience with the bill and my interaction with Jim left a very bad taste.

We love Bonfe’s!! They are honest. Do fantastic work. They don’t try to upsale you. We’re have their maintenance plan. Well worth the monthly fee. Their warranty for furnace and a/c is awesome.

Joe, especially, was terrific! He had to go up into our hot, hot attic to install a bathroom fan.Another company wanted to cut a hole into our bathroom ceiling instead of going through the attic. When I told Joe that, he said, “That would be ridiculous!”He also completed two other projects.In addition, two others installed a water heater. Those two worked quickly and professionally.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
