Technicians called ahead and arrived on time. Checked other potential cause for the drainage issue and then proceeded to clean very thoroughly and tested the drain before leaving. everything was cleaned up nicely . They also asked if we had any questions and then explained how this issue happened in a clear way. Their website lists all their prices online and there were no pricing surprises. Excellent experience!

If you are looking for a down-to-earth team of guys who are able to clear a multitude of sewer/drain issues in a highly professional, fairly priced and in an above-and-beyond manner that “rocks on”, your search is over.

After experiencing two sewer line collapses, a slow drain, and an uncooperative neighbor ( Unfortunately we share a joint sewer line.) These guys left me (a single woman with No construction skills) with only the greatest sigh of relief and a huge “Thank you” for responding to my call.

Somehow this team of guys can make digging by hand a seemingly bottomless hole with lots and lots of shale rock look easy.

Thought it was Not possible to see “construction guys” use a very high level of respect that is very rarely practiced. (ok...they hand delivered a single document in the middle of lots of craziness :)!)

The MSSW guys have simply shown me that there is another way through a very turbulent storm.

For this I remain.... very simply...eternally grateful to have a massive sewer line breakdown. Because without it, I would have missed a most honorable, once in a lifetime event to meet these very simple, down-to-earth guys that “rock” above-and-beyond.

I recently used their services and was extremely impressed with this company. They were able to schedule me in the same day that I called. The technician showed up on time and had all the materials required for the repair. On top of all that, the price was very fair. It is rare to find a company that does what it says in a timely manner and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Called at 7am. They showed up at 11am. Got the job done without issues.

I'm sure they do wonderful work, but they'd have to actually show up in order for me to know if it's true. Called in Tuesday for a main drain cleaning, they gave me a quote, and I set up for them to come out the following day between 3 - 4 pm... No call, no show. I normally wouldn't care so much, but like an idiot I left work early for this. Lesson learned.

Justin explained everything he was doing as he went. Very professional and pleasant and advised me on further projects I have pending. This WILL be who I call for my next project. FABULOUS.

I called but never received a call back during a blizzard and no heat

Richfield plumbing came out to give me a free quote on venting two sinks and certifying the plumbing with the city. After receiving an ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS quote, I said no thanks. A few months later and I have a bill for several hundred dollars for that free quote. Complete crap. I'm calling the city to complain about this too.

All-Max installed the tankless water heater in my new home and it is very inefficient. The hot water takes 3 minutes to get hot in the primary shower and they say that as long as it gets therein 4 minutes it is fine. I have not washed my face at the sink with hot water because I don’t want to waste so much water. Just from the shower head I waste an average of 375 gallons per month. If I take a bath and need to reheat the water, I can’t because within 5 minutes the water coming from the faucet is cold again. I would not recommend using them especially when it comes to a tankless water heaters. This is unacceptable.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
