Brian Castle is one of the moat professional, honest, helpful, and hard working folks I have met in Minneapolis. His knowledge and skillset is above anyone I have had in my home. He knows how to fix anything I put in fromt of him. He also is flexible in working with my calendar to get projects underway. He has helped ua with last minute fire drills from boilers to gas fireplaces to water heaters to radiators. I called on a Saturday, and they were out within 2 hrs. Jim worked his ass off and would not give up until he was confident the problem was solved. This was for a main line backup on an older house that I had just purchased. It had been converted from a septic system to city sewer, and not built in a traditional manner so it was a bit of a challenge. He spent almost 4 hrs working on it. I have the ability to do this job on my own, but it would have cost me more to rent the equipment than it did to have them come out. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

Had problem with almost no hot water flow on the upstairs shower and Ro-to Root-er wanted $1500.00 + Parts to fix it. Richfield Plumbing fixed it, No Parts Needed for $308.00. They also fixed a Leaking water supply valve at the same time. I'm sure the Rooter would have added another $3000.00 for that.
