Best Shower Repair in Minneapolis MN

Had a large company come out to assess my plumbing problem and after paying a call fee and one hour's worth of services, I was told that I had a much bigger issue, including breaking up the concrete floor in the basement that would cost thousands of dollars and take days to resolve. I opted to get a second opinion. Sabastian & Sons came out and after a few minutes of assessment, provided a different prognosis. The problem was fixed and my plumbing works great. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. Next time, they will be my first call for sure!

Called for a leaking toilet and Pedro was able to come out the same day and repair. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the repair and provided me with a quote for the work. After I agreed to the repair, Pedro completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. My only issue was it seemed expensive, but to be honest I'm not sure what plumbing costs these days. In addition, I got an experienced plumber to come out the same day and fix my problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

They were friendly both when I called and the gentleman who came to our home. They came at the beginning of the time window. He was polite and explained everything he did and made sure everything was in working order and gave advice on how to keep it in working condition. Highly recommend.

We used Keith Nelson Plumbing on two different occasions- 1st time to replace a water heater; and more recently, to replace a shower/tub faucet, drain and hardware.
