Roto Rooter responded quickly to some emergency plumbing needs of mine. It wasn’t an easy task as the pipe was hard to get at but they figured out the least destructive way to go about it and got the job done! They even educated me about preventative care for the future.

Andrew Tech No. 2766 came out in the evening to fix a pesky drain and he did an awesome job for me. He also updated a few small connections and took out chrome pieces that were corroded which fixed a small leak. If you have a drain that you constantly have to plunge or pour drain cleaner down give him a call and get it taken care of once and for all. I have spent hours over the past year keeping that drain barely running since all of my laundry and my utility sink run through it. I called roto router at 5:30 pm and he was here and done at 7:45 pm. He's a really nice guy and very professional. It was so easy and the only regret I have is that I waited until today to do it.

I was referred to Metro Earthworks and I am so thankful I was. Our job seemed simple but turned complex quickly. They are highly skilled problem solvers that worked towards a solution and not towards an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. The owner, Corey, was there from start to finish – prepping the site, running the equipment, and cleaning up. They are the only company I would work with if you are in need of sewer repair.

Honest review here. Just had Matt's come out to add the plumbing so we could turn a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity, replace the shower/tub cartridge in that same bathroom, and install a new water softener. The first two parts went fairly smoothly but the third was rough. They had trouble installing the water softener because an O-ring was slipping and water kept spilling out. After a couple hours, they figured it out and left for the day. The next day, we woke up and there was salt water all over our unfinished basement floor. The brine tank was discharging from the overflow valve. We called them up that morning and they had the same guy out right away. He ended up finding out a defect in the head of the BrassMaster water softener. After talking to that company's support line, BrassMaster sent a specialist out and replaced the head of the softener. So I guess we're glad they use a local, responsive water softener manufacturer. This seemed to be the end of it, except that we were no longer getting hot water in our master shower. It stayed like this for a weekend and we called again on Monday and they sent the owner, Matt, out that afternoon. He found that a cap, but not a cartridge, was put on our new shower cartridge and that the hot and cold water were mixing here before continuing on to our master shower. He put the cartridge on here and we were good to go. Easy fix! Just to be thorough, he checked out everything else and noticed that the intake/outtake of the water softener were swapped--old softeners often are and although the original guy noticed this when getting an estimate he forgot when he did the work. So Matt changed the copper pipes to go into the proper places. Overall, this was a bit of a headache, but Amber was always very pleasant at the office and never cast doubt or deflected blame when we said something wasn't right. Matt's was also very responsive in addressing our concerns and despite that they came out on 3 separate days and multiple hours beyond what was expected, they never asked for another dime. Btw, we had gotten another quote from a chain before this and Matt's quote was $400 cheaper than even the membership rate that we could have gotten from the other guys. I wanted to write this without a lot of slant and just tell it as it is, so hopefully someone finds this helpful.

Look no further. These are the plumbers you want. They are an amazing company. I had a main line gas leak at my house, and was referred to his company from another plumber. From the first phone call he knew exactly what i needed. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered when i called, and keep me informed every step of the way. They were able to come out next day. Him and his employee came out on time. They answered all my questions. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were honest upfront. They let me know the issues and solutions without trying to over charge or make me do unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. I contacted Cichy's as we were told by another plumber that our 90 year old sewer line was in poor condition and we needed a liner. Our neighbor used Cichy's for a job at their home and spoke highly of them so we opted to get a second opinion. Not only were they extremely responsive, but Jessica and Mark made it a point to squeeze us in quickly. Within a few days Mark was over to run a camera and give us an estimate and we learned our sewer line was in great condition and not in need of any repair.
