Jade Dietz did a fantastic job getting the plumbing set up for a sprinkler system… I was kept informed the entire time and all the work was reviewed when the job was complete!

I can't say enough great things about Nate who helped us. He really went out of his way and was so nice and respectful. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and he was the most genuine and they are very reasonable.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst company ever! Buyers beware!! Absolutely horrible service! They will take advantage in a crisis! We had our A/C go out this last week and it's one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. Even though they service the area we live in they demand $89 CASH ON DEMAND just to evaluate. Then the price of the unit they tried to sell us was $7500! They also wanted to replace the furnace and said the price could go up if we didnt do both. Total cost estimate $20,000!!! They also preyed on us having pets pressuring us to do it now or something might happen to them We had 2 other providers out the next day for estimates. They did them for free! Blue Ox and McQuillian and Sons (in case you want actual professionals) When I asked Deans what the $89 was for they said gas and customer service...like really? We didn't get good customer service and gas isn't $20/gallon. Their customer service is also horrendous. When i delt with their customer care team she was useless as well. Pretty much said 'to bad so sad' If I could give 0 stars I would. We ended up going with Blue Ox. Got a new A/C unit plus a free 10 year warranty for $5400. $2100 LESS then what they offered. Never again.

Service tech discovered the issue is simply needing the garbage disposal to be replaced. We’re set up to have that fixed and since there was no clog or other drain issue, we were not charged. Appreciate the thorough review and professionalism! Will continue to use Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs!

My experience went well - as far as the repair person was able to go. We had the main drain cleaned but the repairman was only able to use his 1 1/2 blade out to the street. His 3 blade was unable to pass a certain point. He scheduled a camera person to come and that person found root obstructions in the line so your work could not be guaranteed without major work being undertaken.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

I called them when there was a plumbing problem late at night. I was told that night time work costs a fortune and there was a very simple way for me to temporarily fix the problem until a plumber could come out in the morning.

The plumber came exactly in the given timeframe. He fixed the problems and thoroughly cleaned up. What had been broken now works much better than it did originally.
