Best New Water Line in Minneapolis MN

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The condenser in our old A/C went out last fall and we decided to get a new machine instead of frankensteining our old unit. We got prices from a couple of vendors. The Pronto team outlined some great options - an OPP A/C, an Energy Star option, and finally an Energy Star A/C + Heat Pump. The Bryant A/C+Heat Pump was less than a non-energy star A/C unit price we got from another vendor.With very high gas heat bills, we decided to try the A/C + Heat Pump and with a year of 0% interest financing, we were up and running. Team came and relocated our unit at no additional cost, installed a smart thermostat I snagged at Best Buy, and overall did a fabulous job. Would recommend Pronto to anyone needing a new A/C.

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

Cichy and company have been great. Very professional, very prompt, very reliable. They took the time to answer questions, provide a very thorough estimate and were very responsive to our needs. What we were quoted, and what we were charged was over a 30% difference. Very poor communication with both the plumber and office. Plumber brought the wrong parts to the job and admitted to not checking properly before preparing for job. They completed the job well, but too many other issues elsewhere. There are lots of great plumbers in the twin cities. These guys are not worth the headache.

Kept me posted as they arrived. Men were quality and the work was done very well.

Waste, of my time through warranty company, first they blame the tenant, now they said they talked to me this morning, NOT> They should not accept orders if they can not accomodate/or provide needed services in a timely manner. Five days I cannot get back!
