Just finished the second commercial project with Faust Co Inc as the plumbing contractor. New bathrooms, water heater, slop sink, etc... Outstanding service each time. Mark's work preparing for fixtures to be installed and installing fixtures is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations to help get the work done properly and on time. Bryan is also responsive and helpful when I call with questions or need to schedule work. Pricing has been more than fair. Going forward, I will not use anyone else. I would highly recommend Faust Co.

We had Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling assess our pipes for a water filtration system. Mr. Coleman gave us a very reasonable assessment and proposed several possibilities to help us save money on the project. He also took all reasonable health precautions, which we greatly appreciated. Clogged drain turned into a large scale excavation and repiping of entire house. Andy, Isaac, and John worked long hours trying to get everything back in order. The hard work was noticed, and they cleaned up after themselves after each day which we appreciated. Andy also went the extra mile dealing with the paperwork required for my insurance company. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. My mom recommended this company, paid for my sewer to be flushed only to have him come out monthly (from February til September)and still try charging me the original price for my problem for every visit. He guarantees his services for 30 days and if you pass that time you keep getting the same reoccurring fee. Well, he had just come out for the same problem 3 weeks earlier and I had to make him right me up a receipt so when I had the same problem he came out the next day and tried to still charge me and said he had to pay the person he brought along for the job...he was rude and cursing ( the guy is ATLEAST in his 70's). If I could give a minus 5 stars I WOULD. Don't mess with this rude old guy, horrible.

I have only great experience with this company. They keep their appointments and are on time. They solved any plumbing problems we had over the years and work very fast. All their staff that came out are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they don’t leave behind a mess.
