This was an absolutely great experience. The plumber, Mr. Julian, went above and beyond to repair my kitchen faucet leak. He needed a part and returned the next business day to ensure the problem was solved. He even tighten and straightened out the faucet which was not a part of the original service call. The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. Anthony was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem within the hour. Highly recommend.

I had this firm out to my home to do work, and paid them promptly for the service. They told me they would come back the next day to bring a sump pump cover, and look at completing some work. They never came out. I called, they apologized and said they'd send someone out, and yet again, no follow up. Then weeks later, I called again - because my home flooded due to not having had the work they said needed to be done complete. They came out and, yet again, recommended I do the work that I already asked them to do. I said yes, I'm waiting on your tech, they apologized again and said someone would contact me. Yet again, no contact... so I called them 3 days ago and they one more time said someone would call me back the next day. Guess what? No call back. An unresponsive and unprofessional firm. I won't use them again, and I'll recommend the same to my neighbors.

Joe came the same day, re ran out new pecks. Super impressed, he took time to explain the issue and gave me advice on how to prevent future issues.

The communications were clear and just the right frequency. They made our options easy to understand. It was all done on schedule. It is wonderful is to have found a reliable company that does a great job and who stands behind their work

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

Have to agree with the other comments here and should have looked sooner. We should have gotten estimates but were time-crunched in the sale of our home and needed a palmer valve unstucked. Long story short, I believe they spent less than 45 minutes total completing the work, yet somehow arrived at 2.25 hours of labor, and charged me $360, which includes ZERO materials. From what I've been able to find, unsticking a Palmer valve generally costs less than $100. I don't think I'll ever be calling them again for my home or my Tosa rentals.
