They came very quickly and solved a kitchen drain problem we’ve been trying to fix for days, in under an hour. We paid less than expected, too. Will definitely call them next time we have issues.

Was hired by the people I bought my home from. Did the work but started having problems once I owned the home. When I called to complain as the new home owner, they came to look agreed to fix the job but then never showed up even after calling and calling. Had to contract another person and they told me the person that did my job did it wrong. Will not recommend this company. Later to find out it was a subcontractor but guess what still has this company’s name on the paperwork.

Diamond plumbing then you should deal with whoever phone number that is because definitely giving you a bad name. Please report to the city because to find out that the work was done incorrectly was not fair for what I paid for.

They were so prompt and fast! Great employees that came to the house. I was very impressed with the knowledge the guys had and showed me how to light the pilot and adjust the water temperature. They even cleaned up after they were all done and asked if I had any questions for them! I’d recommend this service to everyone.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

I have only great experience with this company. They keep their appointments and are on time. They solved any plumbing problems we had over the years and work very fast. All their staff that came out are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they don’t leave behind a mess.
