The guys were great and I feel confident in their analysis

They need to double check there work before they leave to make sure what they were hired for is fixed, and that it is working before they leave. This was not done, and I would never recommend this company. Terrible experience. I was not impressed at all... Poor!! One star is to many.

Should have called before I wasted $100.00 to rent a 100' drain snake from Home Depot; the machine Darrel brought was ten times stronger than the rental. Basement drain was backed up, and flooded more whenever water was used anywhere in the house. I called and he quoted me $200 based on my description of the problem. Was late for the morning appointment so I had to reschedule for later that evening (by this time heavy rain was coming down and the basement was starting to flood, so another $100 on a utility pump & hose from Menard's to keep the water at bay until he arrived) but $&#t happens, so I didn't take a star away for that-he came back later that same day. Had the drain down within 10-15 minutes and spent another 10-15 cleaning the pipe out just to make sure things were taken care of. The best part: the quote he gave me on the phone was exactly what he charged me. If you have drain issues CALL ROOTER-MAN!!!

I called Plugged Pipes and Mike showed up in no time . I had a plugged main and Mike took care of it. It had plugged on me before and with a camera Mike was able to show me what the problem was. Mike is the best and I would highly recommend him for your plugged pipes.

Great service. Our wash machine backed up, and we called them right away. They made time to come on a Sunday and determined the blockage cleared itself. Appreciate the honesty. They will be our go to plumber next time!

Bradley was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. He told me what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Showed me the cost and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.
