Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

Floor drain had backed up. Called them Sunday night requesting service for Monday morning.They called me promptly Monday AM. Tech (Nick) was here shortly after 8AM. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got right to work & cleared clog in our main drain line. Just had our water heater replaced today! Very professional, reasonably priced and got the job done in a timely manner.

Last week I noticed a small amount of condensation inside of my furnace so I looked around online for a company with good reviews. Rozga's dispatcher was flexible and very easy to work with. The technician, Scott, was a great guy...Friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He came to the conclusion that the condensation was caused by one of two things, so he gave a squirt of caulk to the first thing, and told me what to do if the cause was thing two. I was happy enough until he handed me the bill: $211. I understand that this is cheap compared to your average furnace maintenance bill... But $211 for less than an hour and a squirt of caulk? Even if they paid their technicians $100 per hour, that bill would still be too high.

Steve was just here yesterday evening and did a quick leak repair and charged less than half of what Oak Creek Plumbing charged me a while back. This is our go to plumber now.

So I called this company (ABC Sewer) to come to my parents' business for a parking lot drain issue. They sent an older gentleman out there, he told my dad that he could not do help with the issue because he doesn't have the proper tools to open the pipe cap. He suggested my dad to drill holes through the cap and do it ourselves. For goodness sake, if we wanted to do it, we would not have called this company. Will not be using this company EVER again. They suck. As a drain cleaning company, they should know what to do for parking lot drainage, especially when they post on their website that they can help clear parking lot drainage. Go with Discount Drain & Sewer Cleaning, LLC. They are that much better and that much more equipped to handle any jobs.

Reading the reviews was the reason I contacted Schoofs Plumbing for a job at work. Kevin's proposal was very fair and Frank did a great job doing the work correctly the first time. Nice company to deal with as well! Had to post a positive review so others will know the honest and quality work this company provides!! Call them. You will not be disappointed!
