We have used Rozga Plumbing several times over the past couple of years and will continue doing so. Their specialists are terrific in the work that they do as well as in the work ethic they are driven by. We were fortunate to have Arnold (Arnie) Stricker doing a variety of jobs for us the last two times we needed service. Arnie epitomizes the heads-down, get-er-done attitude that Rozga Plumbing in general seems to promote. We needed a gas line extended and several regulators attached as we were getting a new gas stove. Rozga coordinated with the Gas Company and they and Arnie arrived at the same time and did their jobs in coordination. It was great not having to be my own contractor and coordinate efforts of two companies ... Rozga handled it for me, and Arnie did the job! Rozga's number is now part of the contacts in my phone ... I'll call them if I need plumbing help of any kind! By the way, we also get an annual furnace and A/C preventative maintenance visit from Rozga, too. They also do great work for us.

This company was recommended by another plumber in my church. I called and spoke with Mike who was very accommodating, even though he was extremely busy. He can promptly the next morning and was very fast in resolving the drain. He was very professional, kind, and efficient! I have had some hard times financially on the count of some unexpected expenses and he informed me that he was doing it for free. I was so shocked and would have highly recommended him before I found out he was blessing me in this way.

I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.

I was given a time of 12:00pm to 3:00pm, tech showed up at 11:45am, sweet! Did a great job, super professional, very kind, and quite quick. Had the roots pulled out of our lateral and ran it again just to be sure. Price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use ABC again if I have drain issues.

I have used Schoof's a couple of times now and I found them to be pretty quick to help and honest and fair.

Called for a clogged drain. 24/7 showed up on time to discover that my bathtub drain was plugged because the tub stopper broke off inside the pipe. He fished the stopper out with a coat hanger and it drained easily after that. Would have had to cut the wall open to get access to the pipe had he not been able to get it out! He charged me $75. Thanks again
