We have been using Tuffy's Sewer and Drain for years now. Our plumber recommended them to us. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherry for 12/4/19. On 12/4/19 Sherry called me and said Chris and Andy may be a little late due to problems with their truck on 12/3/19, they were catching up. I thought that was very kind to call ahead to let us know. They did not arrive much past the time they had originally scheduled, which amazed me. When Chris and Andy arrived they cleaned three lines, two bathroom and our kitchen. They do a fantastic job and are very clean and neat!! Never a problem with a leak after they are done. Chris always explains and shows you what he is doing and how great the water flows once he is finished. Tuffy's is the only sewer and drain cleaning company we will use.

Would not come to service my plumbing issue

I called upon them twice. Once for an exterior faucet repair, and once to unclog my washtub in the basement. I talked to Carrie both times. She was professional, and coordinated the repairs with my tenant. The faucet repair was done well, and I felt the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the problem with my washtub was beyond their capabilities (sewer line was clogged) , but the technician Brad was honest about what was needed, and pointed me in the right direction to get that problem fixed with only a minor trip charge. I would call them again for plumbing issues that are not sewer related.

We have used them for plumbing, furnace repair and tune-ups and could be happier. I would highly recommend the.

They were extremely courteous and professional. They answered all our questions and then hooked us up with one of their licensed electricians. Have always used Hartlaub for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

This is a wonderful company...from the friendliness and follow up of the front office to the competence of their plumbing/work. I owned a service company for 30 years and - thus - can speak from experience. Called with a frozen pipe issue and they fit me into a long day...plumber came with a truck loaded with every conceivable fitting in inventory and found/fixed the problem in short order. Followed up with a reasonable invoice.....all in timely manner. Exceptional experience, for a tough occupation!

The communications were clear and just the right frequency. They made our options easy to understand. It was all done on schedule. It is wonderful is to have found a reliable company that does a great job and who stands behind their work

Never showed up for my service in December

I agree with Sonnys review. They were at my house for 40 minutes, and charged 90minutes and also showed up 45 minutes and only called 30 minutes after scheduled time to tell me on their way. There's a 50 dollar travel fee, and they double bill you for travel time in addition to that fee. He also told me there wasn't a gas leak though had entire family over to smell gas and WE energies detected it. They do not use up to date techniques (WE had a device to measure gas, this guy had some soap/bubbles and his nose and refused to believe me that there was a leak... it was a SLOW leak), since have had leaky valve replaced by a reputable company.

This week we came home after being away and found our outside hose bibb had cracked and had been gushing water for 8 hours, we turned off the pipe indoors and got the water to stop but had flooding in our basement just due to the sheer amount of water on the outside wall. We called VIP and they promptly came. We wanted to see if there was any other damage to our piping internally and to locate if that was the only issue. The employee from VIP was here for 15 minutes, said he could replace the hose bib, said our guess was right. When we called to schedule there was no information about them charging just to come out and we weren't told pricing until we got a bill in the mail. The bill was for over $200 dollars. The average price for a hose bib is $10. We were frustrated with the low level of service, lack of insight, and excessive pricing for 15 minutes of something, honestly I could've done myself. Won't be using them again.

Ended the night with finding out my water heater reached it’s demise. Called Milwaukee Plumbing the next morning and by 10:30am, brand new water heater installed & functioning correctly! Really appreciate the timely, efficient, seamless and great service that Jesse provided! Great customer service and love the service model Milwaukee Plumbing has; the supplier meets them with the hardware and hauls the old hardware away so their plumbers can execute and don’t need to be going back/forth to warehouses for supplies! Great job Jesse and thanks again!
