My experience with Diamond was great. I appreciated how coordination happened via text, which was convenient for our family. Though our original appointment was delayed, Julian kept me updated so I knew what was happening, and came to complete the job himself so we didn’t have any further delays. He found the source of an odor coming from our bathroom sink pipes, took care of it, and checked in a few days later to make sure the issue didn’t return. Price was totally reasonably for the job. I’d definitely recommend his services.

Clogged drain turned into a large scale excavation and repiping of entire house. Andy, Isaac, and John worked long hours trying to get everything back in order. The hard work was noticed, and they cleaned up after themselves after each day which we appreciated. Andy also went the extra mile dealing with the paperwork required for my insurance company. We had a problem on a Sunday with a clogged drain. They were very helpful, quick and did great work. We were very pleased.
However, we were misled on the cost. We were told that it was double time. Nothing was mentioned that we would have to pay for travel time. When we received the invoice we were shocked to see we were charged for 2 1/2 hours when he was only here for 1 1/2 hours tops. We called and they said travel time was added. LOL! Their shop is 4 minutes away from our home. We have always had good service from them. This was very disappointing this should be discussed upfront. You would think as a return customer they wouldn't cheat you.
