Best Sump Pumps Maintenance in Milwaukee WI

Well, I literally had a rag go down my bathtub drain, obviously it clogged. I called tuffys at 7:32PM and they gave a me a quote over the phone and Austin came right out, same night! He showed up at 8:05 and went right to work. He was quick, kind, efficient and most importantly, he fixed it! He was out the door by 8:35 pm! I paid the Same price that I was quoted over the phone and I have to say the service was awesome. It was quicker then ordering a pizza. Amazing service. I will call them again when I need a plumber. ☺️

A flush / service for a tankless water heater- the rep the phone described hourly rates (the first hour is more than the subsequent hours , etc).

Appointment was made.

Plumber showed up forty-five minutes later.

Plumber left an hour and 45 minutes later.

Invoice shows up two weeks later for -390$ which included a “truck charge” of 35 dollars. (See above - tankless flush requires a couple of wrenches and a bottle of de- mineralizer ). 47$ for the de-mineralized (our dog ran off with the bottle so we still have it- you can buy on amazon for 15$). Labor charged was 2.5 hours at the lower rate for a total of 287$.

Would not recommend based on- punctuality and price.

Yesterday I was recommended to call PJ's Plumbing to have my bathtub drained, forcet fixed and my forcet on the bathroom basin fixed. A very pleasant lady answered the phone, set up the appointment that same day, yes!!, and let me know that Dave K would be coming. I could not have been happier. Dave K was polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, extremely well versed and well mannered. Taking his time to explain, step by step, what needed to be done and kept me informed all the way to a perfect completion. Great customer service I have no problem using this company.

They did really good work. The guy who came out was very friendly and good about answering questions and explaining things. Had a leak up top when my dishwasher water emptied, under bathroom sink leak and put in a main shut-off valve.
