Sam G. saved the day and rescued us in a big way! I called Rozga in a panic when my mom had flooding in her basement. All of Rozgas drivers were already out for the day, when Sam G. offered to visit her home immediately. He was able to quickly isolate the problem and stop the water from coming in. My mother called me overwhelmed with the kindness, care and expertise that Sam G. offered her on that day. I was also impressed with Sam G's follow-up and communication with me as well.
