Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. Great job by Badger Underground repairing a partially collapsed sanitary line at my mom's house. They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Despite questionable reviews we utilized this company as part of our AHS warranty & I am glad we did! From the first point of contact with them they were efficient- squeezing us in today even though there were no open slots until tomorrow. The plumber arrived when promised, quickly repaired our broken pipe, was courteous & offered helpful information for future projects we are considering.
