Best Residential Service in Milwaukee WI

First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn’t work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again.

They were fast and professional. On time and unclogged the sewer main drain in ln less than an hour. Definitely recommend them! My go to company for all my plumbing needs!

Have used this company several times both in our home and in rental properties. Years ago initially to reroute HVAC ducts to allow better headroom in basement and better balancing of system along with repair of old AC unit. Forward a few years to replace heater and AC when heater started acting up. Recently used to temporarily fix AC for tenant with same prompt service/repair and professionalism I always expect from them. Recently booked full system replacement of 18 year old unit due to findings during repair and to avoid needing an emergency repair and inconvienience to our tenant in the future.

Justin was efficient. courteous, and reasonable. It was a snowy Saturday and I had just started a batch of laundry. He was here in less than an hour and was done in no time at all. Recommending him to all who will listen. Nice work!!!

Steve did a great job cleaning out our kitchen drain. He also tightened our shower faucet and removed and reapplied the shower caulk. Very happy with the service, we'll use Budiac Plumbing in the future. The lady that answers the phone was always friendly and helpful.

I agree with Sonnys review. They were at my house for 40 minutes, and charged 90minutes and also showed up 45 minutes and only called 30 minutes after scheduled time to tell me on their way. There's a 50 dollar travel fee, and they double bill you for travel time in addition to that fee. He also told me there wasn't a gas leak though had entire family over to smell gas and WE energies detected it. They do not use up to date techniques (WE had a device to measure gas, this guy had some soap/bubbles and his nose and refused to believe me that there was a leak... it was a SLOW leak), since have had leaky valve replaced by a reputable company.

Our hot water heater decided to go on a Friday evening so I called Vince Ingrilli and left a message telling him the situation and to set up an appointment to have it replaced. Vince called back within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant, gave us our options for replacement, and we set up an appointment. I later received a call from Vince saying they were going to be able to come out two days earlier than our original appointment. Very impressive. Certainly will call on him for any future plumbing needs!
