Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent.

We have been using Tuffy's Sewer and Drain for years now. Our plumber recommended them to us. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherry for 12/4/19. On 12/4/19 Sherry called me and said Chris and Andy may be a little late due to problems with their truck on 12/3/19, they were catching up. I thought that was very kind to call ahead to let us know. They did not arrive much past the time they had originally scheduled, which amazed me. When Chris and Andy arrived they cleaned three lines, two bathroom and our kitchen. They do a fantastic job and are very clean and neat!! Never a problem with a leak after they are done. Chris always explains and shows you what he is doing and how great the water flows once he is finished. Tuffy's is the only sewer and drain cleaning company we will use.

I was charged with a crime a few years ago and was released on bail which upset quite a lot of people including Ms. Melody Eiland with the Milwaukee probation and parole office who attempted to place me back into custody right away despite the judges ruling. Immediately, after leaving the courthouse and after my attorney Jed Stone and Ms. Eiland spoke where she voiced her displeasure with the Judges ruling stating she was going to put out a warrant for my arrest I began receiving telephone calls from the owner of this company, Julius Coleman. I had met Mr. Coleman previously through Alderman Michael McGee as I had placed some of my vending machines in some of Alderman Mcgee's establishments in the City of Milwaukee, who was doing his very best to locate me so that I could be placed under arrest by the Milwaukee Police Department while acting as an informant. We have attempted to speak with Mr. Coleman on a number of occasions as to who encouraged him to do this and why. Unfortunately, we have always been told by Mr. Coleman when asking him these questions to speak with his attorney about this matter, Stacey Toran, who maintains knowing nothing of what Mr. Coleman is speaking of or anything about the matter. Mr. Coleman, has refused to take any of our telephone calls, further.

I had a leak in my main line and needed somebody quickly. The plumber company i normally use was not able to make it so I gave Dickenschrauf a call. I asked them to fix the main water key, and a couple other things I needed done. Service was amazing, quick, clean, efficient...Everything works great and it turn out to be a bit cheaper than expected. I for sure will be using them going forward.

Came out the same day I called, were able to fit me into their busy schedule and solve my leaking toilet.

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

Justin does a fantastic job and is much more reasonably priced than any other places I called. I was very pleased with him and his expertise. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and gave me some tips on how to prevent it from getting that bad again. I would highly recommend!!!

I've heard such great things about them. On two different occasions I tried to contact them. Both time i left several messages & didn't get a call back. Not sure if they're still open.

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.

I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.

UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

Everything was excellent about this compaand was charged a lower price due to how quickly Cody installed the new one, my whole experience was great, thanks Ed and Cody
