Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent.

Called in for me by another plumber who couldn't do the job that day, so others in the field trust him. Got right to work. Ran into a bump in the road (literally) but treated me fairly for pricing. The man who actually runs the show is a little difficult to understand but has a younger guy to help him. Highly reccomended; for him to be still going strong after his difficult journey... kudos!

I appreciate professionalism and great customer service. Diamond Plumbing was on-time, professional, had a quick analysis & variety of quote options to select from BUT most importantly got the job done & done quickly. I was working from home and they completed the entire job and left before I even knew it (& that was 2 sinks & a shower). All other transactions were completed electronically in the days to follow. They even brought in my package delivered to my house the morning of. I highly recommend their business to our community.

I always wait a few weeks after having major work done to see how a company responds during the inevitable follow-up period. I'm happy to report that Hartlaub did great and was responsive for a couple things that came up in the next week or so and I have had a fantastic experience with them from start to finish. A few weeks ago I had Angel out to check out what I was hoping was a minor issue but deep down suspected much more was going on with the plumbing system in the house we bought last year. As suspected the job ended up being a bit of a emergency and Hartlaub was able to rearrange their schedules so they could do the work that week which I really appreciated. Everyone was personable and friendly and able to explain things to me in an easy to understand way and they kept me updated throughout. Over the week I had Angel, Jeff, Jack, Benny and Al and everyone was universally great.

Their billing process was a little confusing when I first called but I came to appreciate it because once they quote you something the price doesn't ever change no matter what comes up. Yes, they probably are higher priced than some other operations but plumbing is expensive because it's a hard job. They do seem to schedule based on the criticality of your job which I certainly benefited from but on the other hand it took nearly 2 weeks for them to come back to fix a running toilet which seemed long since I was supposed to be getting priority scheduling. In the end though I understoodd. A running toilet is not a crisis and since it was ultimately considered warranty work on the initial job they didn't charge me which I appreciated.

I also had Michael out from their HVAC group to check over our furnace and he was friendly and pleasant as well. We will continue to use Hartlaub for services going forward.

Outstanding pipe repair service. They were able to locate the pipe leak and repair it quickly. Will use them again.

Highly recommend!! We couldn't do laundry, take showers, flush our toilet because it was all coming up through my basement! He came same day and took about 20 minutes. I am so happy it is taken care of and will be using him again. Efficient, explained helpful tips, and very professional.

I called Budiac plumbing after performing what we thought would be a simple toilet install. After install it seemed to work well until we noticed water dripping into the basement after a few uses. Upon further investigation I noticed the bolt to hold the toilet down was no longer attached to the flange. I called Budiac plumbing as I have seen them in our neighborhood and was so glad I did. They were able to come out the same day even though we had other bathrooms to use and I told them it wasn’t an emergency. Blake called to verify the problem and to make sure he would have the right supplies to do the job. When he arrived and looked at the issue he explained to me what the problem was and how he planned on fixing it. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional, efficient, polite and clean. When he was finished with the job my bathroom and basement were cleaner then when he arrived! I definitely know who I will call if plumbing issues arise again. Thank you to the Budiac plumbing team for a job well done.

Used Badger Underground to replace lead water lateral. Their quote was very competitive. Jeff and his team were great to work with. They will be my only call for future projects.

We had a problem on a Sunday with a clogged drain. They were very helpful, quick and did great work. We were very pleased.
However, we were misled on the cost. We were told that it was double time. Nothing was mentioned that we would have to pay for travel time. When we received the invoice we were shocked to see we were charged for 2 1/2 hours when he was only here for 1 1/2 hours tops. We called and they said travel time was added. LOL! Their shop is 4 minutes away from our home. We have always had good service from them. This was very disappointing this should be discussed upfront. You would think as a return customer they wouldn't cheat you.

Beyond expectations, is all I can say to describe the service I was provided. I though they would send someone out to just unclog the toilet. But the guy actually cleaned it too. No other plumer the company I work for cleaned up after they cleared the clog. I hope in the future my job will always use this plumbing service. Thank you guys so much!!!

Darryl reached out within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came, looked at the pipes, made a recommendation and quoted me a price. He arrived at the stated time, did the work, cleaned up any dirty area and was on his way. Super nice guy. I would use him again and recommend him to others with drainage problems. Reasonable price for the work.
