This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Highly recommend Alpine for your plumbing and air conditioning needs. Unfortunately I've had to use them for each of those. But they were prompt and very professional and got me back up and going extremely fast!

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

We filed a claim with Universal Home Protection because we had some water marks on the ceiling underneath where the upstairs shower drain is. UHP hired Borth-Wilson to come look at it. The gentlemen spent 30 minutes in the house, cut a hole in the ceiling and determined it wasn’t a “plumbing” issue, and therefore wasn’t covered by the warranty. That was all fine, but they charged us over $250 for this. He was professional, swept the floor, and gave us important information, but we feel that being charged $250 to “open living room ceiling and inspect 2nd floor master show plumbing” is excessive. We wouldn’t hire them ourselves, and will vet any contractors hired by UHP in the future.

I've been a Knauer customer for over thirty years, and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, cost-competitive, and efficient. I've had my furnace, water heater and airconditioning installed and serviced with Knauer and have always had an excellent experience. It's nice having familiar service people and staff to talk to about my issues. They always know who I am and treat me like I matter.

Of course my heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Somebody had recommended this company after I tried another I found online and could not get through. Heiden made it to my house the same day, found the issue immediately, found a replacement part, and fixed it same day. The service was wonderful, Scott was great, the price was reasonable and I am only sorry they were not my first call. I have an old furnace and when it needs to be replaced eventually, I will go here first, without question.

I had a toilet that needed installing, and Peder did a fantastic job. He's very personable and knows his business. But not only did he install my toilet, he noticed I had issues with a screen door handle and fixed that for me too!

Had service completed last month for my boiler. Of course it wasn’t cold enough to turn on heat, but now that it’s needed it keeps flipping into an error code and having to be reset daily. I called and spoke to one lady who said a tune up was 150, but when I mentioned that it had just been serviced they said there would still be a tech service charge of 89.95, then 75 every hour. I asked do you all not guarantee your work. I was put on hold for her to find out if they guarantee their work. She comes back and says she can send a tech out, but if the issues is not due to the recent service then I would have to pay the fees. Now how would I know whether or not they would tell me the truth if it was their mess up? Also, they tried to tell me there was no record of service last month but only the previous year! So add poor record keeping on top of it. No thanks!

Always Johnny on the spot. They did the work for my build and they have been there every step of the way afterward. Whether it be an emergency or something scheduled. They always are prompt and professional. The quality of their work is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. He understands the plumbing code and it's intent. Made sure my plumbing system was up to code. Chris is very personable and trustworthy I had no issue leaving him alone in my house to work. Had him pipe a new gas main in the house from the meter to new appliances in the basement as I switched from LP to natural gas. Another project that I had Chris do for me was repipe all of the cast iron drain in the basement to pvc as it was failing, cracking and leaking all over. I would recommend Chris for any size project or task he is 10 out of 10
