I've used Julian and his team several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. Miles away from everyone else in customer service and attentiveness and very easy to get in touch with. They double and triple check everything and don't leave until you're satisfied. I've really only scratched the surface of their positive qualities.

I had a leak in my main line and needed somebody quickly. The plumber company i normally use was not able to make it so I gave Dickenschrauf a call. I asked them to fix the main water key, and a couple other things I needed done. Service was amazing, quick, clean, efficient...Everything works great and it turn out to be a bit cheaper than expected. I for sure will be using them going forward.

Needed a new sump pump with a battery back up system. Came out to give us an cost estimate. Answered questions about that project, as well as a few others regarding other plumbing issues. Were able to set up appointment to complete job, in just a few days. Would have liked more information on the equipment that was going to be installed. Did get that info, upon asking for it. Very patient with all our questions. Very respectful of our house, wearing bootie they brought to wear over shoes. Cleaned up everything afterward. Everyone we talked to, including office personnel, did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers. Would hire them, again.

I called late on a Friday afternoon because my furnace wasn't working. I spoke with the owner who assured me that she could get a tech out within the hour. He showed up in 30 minutes. Yay me. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with my furnace within the hour and I was heated and happy. I feel that the professional service I received was worth every penny. The technician was professional however we paid $267 for him to fix nothing now I have to call another service. Too expensive for a review of the job.

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! It should be infinity because the longer you are there the better the experience gets. Thank you JMBrennan, you have brought a new light into my life.

He makes sure to explain the services provided and recommendations to ensure our heating/cooling systems are functioning correctly. The office staff is pleasant to speak with while scheduling appointments. Overall, a very positive experience with Rozga.

Very happy with the service provided. Last fall our air conditioner failed. I called another hvac service and was told the compressor was inoperable and my unit needed to be replaced. I was quoted in the 10K range for a new unit. It was late fall so I decided to wait till spring. I called Bergin this morning and within 3 hours the technician had it up and running. Very impressed with all aspects of service. Highly recommend!!!

I'm on a first name basis with two of their employees. I've had excellent service, and when I haven't, someone has stepped up to help. They've helped me with several projects...refurbishing a baby crib, installing a patio, installing a sink, repairing cracks/gaps in cement around foundation of my home, installing a screen/storm door, etc. Special shout out to Kevin, always a helping hand!

Great service and great people! I needed help with some water leakage and fixed plumping while they were in. They have repaired my AC in the past and do routine maintenance on my heating and AC as well. Highly recommend!!!

Had a home warranty, they had Carl's plumbing come out. When I talked to him on the phone he tried telling me I would have to pay for his overtime even though I had a home warranty, also said I would have to pay for any foriegn objects. I told the warranty company of his tactics and asked if I could have a different plumbing company come out which they denied. When the plumber got here it was the same guy I talked to on the phone, his name is Pat. He came by his self and put a pipe wrench on my access point in my basement and said he couldn't open it, then said he would have to contact my warranty company cause there would be a extra charge and needed to see if they would cover it. Comes back and says they won't and I would have to pay $150 extra. I told him to get the f. Out of here. Main Point is don't use Carl's plumbing or Pat from Carl's plumbing they are a scam. Hey pat Tuffy sewer and drain was able to loosen they nut with no extra charge. I hope the owner of Carl's plumbing sees this and takes action against Pat as other plumbing companys can do the job. BEWARE OF CARL'S PLUMBING SCAMS AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANY, BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE Warning BEWARE.
