Best Hvac Hvac in Milwaukee WI

For people who don’t have time to be on the phone all day talking to contractors driving or sitting in an office eating a sandwich…..Ryan who is the owner provided the info that we were looking for, but then unless you remind him 2-3 times he forgets what we spoke about if you ask for more info.

Yeah….this will be a hard PASS.

I can’t imagine having him help us with plumbing and then calling him when we need help one day in the future. Would I have to remind him to get his toolbox ? 😂

Andy from Heiden and Heiden in general were excellent! Andy followed through with me the whole process , including the estimate, he was at the site as one of the workers and afterwords with invoice and detailed pictures. This was not an inexpensive repair and I was quite concerned. However, I felt confident in choosing Heiden due to their history, BBB rating, their time in business and Andy on the job. I will and have recommended Heiden for any plumbing job, including Sewer service line repair.

Over priced compared to other heating

Coming from a 18 wheeler. I feel they get more straight truck traffic... just going off their setup! It took them about 20 minutes to get 3 pieces off the trl..

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

I have been with Cliff Bergin since they started for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing and have found them courteous, professional and value oriented making my house run well.
5 stars to them.

Love Roy's Plumbing. They gave me great advice when I had a plumbing issue. They were friendly and fair. Will definitely call them first the next time!

I hired Appleton Electrical Contracting to do some electrical work on May 19th of 2022 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They are located at 1130 W Walnut St, Milwaukee, WI 53205
After scheduling a date and time they told me was available, they later called and said that that date and time needed to be changed

I finally met with the electrician, who was 25 minutes late. After 2 to 3 minutes, without any investigation, he told me the cost would be $270. He also told me that whether the job took 10 minutes or 2 hours the price would be the same. But he also said that after 2 and 1/2 hours he would be charging me $150 per hour. The man's name was Jay and he was driving a van advertising Norman's Home Improvements.
Jay claimed to be a journeyman electrician but showed me no license. I told Jay I couldn't agree to those kind of charges and he left.

I WOULD URGE CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING TO USE NORMAN'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC.

Later I got a call from Appleton Electrical Contracting telling me they were charging me $149 for the service call.
I had no choice, so I paid them the $149 over the phone.
When I originally called Appleton Electrical Contracting, the person on the phone told me the company offered multiple services including electrical, plumbing, hvac and other property maintenance services.
I give the outfit 0 stars and would caution anyone about using their services.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Horrible Home Depot. Everyone is always walking around doing nothing and never wants to help when asked. Poor customer service

Seider Plumbing was outstanding! They helped my wife and I redo our whole basement plumbing issue. On top of that they pointed out an issue with our electrical box which was taken care of by one of their employees as well. It’s a one call kind of shop. They will explain every detail of what’s going on during the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and I highly recommend using their services for any issues you have that they can help with.
