Omer from O & W Heating and Cooling was more than accommodating, he came in first for an issue with our thermostat and we had him install a new furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain and show us all the issues with our very old furnace . He was prompt/courteous and install was perfect. We love our new furnace! Would only recommend O & W.

I live two blocks from their office in Shorewood and was charged a $39 trip fee. To clean and inspect my boiler was $264.00 I had it cleaned and inspected one year later from a different service as the price was $115.00 and the technician said the pilot and all of the burners was clogged and crudded and had not been cleaned in over 10 years. I bought the house from a family that used Knauer for maintenance and cleaning for over ten years, so I continued using them. They never cleaned it and overcharged me.
They are horrible!!

Had a great experience with Kurt. Very professional, on time, and knowledgeable.

PLEASE READ!! It is now 4 weeks and 2 water heaters later and still not working! Paul (PJ's Plumping) DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I think he bought these water heaters from a back ally. He had Rheem repair person come out to find out later that that company only check water heaters that were bought through them. Neither heater were bought from this company. Also I was told by Rheem that PJs Plumbing DOES NOT WARRANT LABOR i.e. electrician if needed. I needed it twice. You would have to pay that yourself. Paul got free labor when he should have paid. Shady if you ask me. The repair person was very nice! I still do not have the hottest water going to shower. I live in a small condo. I did not have this issue with my old hot water heater (A.O.Smith). Temperature is set at 120 degrees and should produce serious burns if running on skin for more than 5 min (This is taken from manual). I take an entire show on the hottest setting. He wanted to pay off to take down the review, well ½ for my trouble with Dan at the beginning and other half when I take down the review or retract it. Now he says he is going to get the first ½ payment back from my bank. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!

WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I chose PJ's Plumbing because of it's high rating but wish I would have researched more.They installed my new water heater but didn't stick around to see if water got hot. The next morning I wake up with NO HOT WATER! A guy came out to find out the breaker was tripped. He also didn't stick around to see if heater was heating and told me to call him if it trips again. Not 3 min later breaker tripped again. I called PJ's plumbing again and they told me I need to get an electrician out here and that they NEVER had a faulty water heater and there must be something wrong with my breaker. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater. I got an electrician out to my home and tested everything to find that the heaters 2 elements were running at the same time. They wouldn't come out and replace it on the weekend. I had to wait the entire weekend then an extra day because they wouldn't have someone come out to close to closing on Monday. The girl asked if they could come out at 7 am and I said no 8 am. Well Dan shows up at 7:15 am (still sleeping). I take meds to sleep and have a hard time getting up at that hour. Dan insisted it wasn't the heater and that they never had a faulty water heater (bull). He tried to tell me my breaker was not the right one. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater and he said things change. REALLY the amps, voltage don't change! All was the same as my old heater. He didn't want to change out my heater. He called an electrician buddy of his and sure enough my breaker was fine and the 2 elemnents would trip the breaker. He had a poor attitude, rushed and again didn't even wait to see if the heater was heating. Pipe was cold when I touched it after he left. His comments when leaving was hope we won't have to hear from you again and Now if it doesn't work it's not the water heater. REALLY!!??

I've always had a positive experience with them. Their pricing is fair and the technicians are friendly and punctual.

I called Tim’s Plumbing because I needed a new hot water heater. They returned calls quickly and were extremely accommodating with my situation. Todd came out the same day and installed a new hot water heater. Great work and great service. Highly recommend!

We have been slowly remodeling our home over the past 4 years. Just getting into the dreaded kitchen remodel and needed an expert to take a look at existing drains and old plumbing to recommend what we should upgrade/change while the walls were open. I've dealt with a lot of tradesmen and none have been as professional, clean, and thorough as Matt K. and Rozga Plumbing. Matt K. took the time to give me options based on future home remodeling plans and didn't try to sell me on more than what I needed at this time. He even gave me ideas for future upgrades when the time comes. You can tell he takes great pride in his work - and even cleaned up so well that I didn't have to clean again after he left. In our basement he had to get the new pipes around a few obstructions and I never thought plumbing pipes could look so beautifully laid out! I am fine paying the money for such quality work. Will definitely use Rozga again and ask for Matt K. if I can!

**Update** Since my last review we've had Shane out to our house for two plumbing projects. He also just installed our new dishwasher today and took the time to make sure everything looked great and functioned as it should. Will continue using Rozga for my plumbing needs. Great experience all around.

The technician Mark was very courteous at my home. I like his good attitudes and good explanations to me. He repaired my faucet (cannot divert the water) and the leaking issues for the sink by the side in my main bath room. Mark also repaired the leaking issues for the sink in my kitchen. I like Mark's services a lot. Thank you for your services.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

I'm on a first name basis with two of their employees. I've had excellent service, and when I haven't, someone has stepped up to help. They've helped me with several projects...refurbishing a baby crib, installing a patio, installing a sink, repairing cracks/gaps in cement around foundation of my home, installing a screen/storm door, etc. Special shout out to Kevin, always a helping hand!

Never got a call back from them. Not very good customer service..

They came to my house from Hsa home warranty he didn't fix the problem and another plumber came out and said it was something else I will never use them again
