The plumbing from our water main had a minor leak, where the pipes and valves had some major corrosion from leaking over time. Jack from Hartlaub was very pleasant to work with, on time, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his expertise while explaining our options for the repair. My husband and I are fully satisfied with the work completed and how pleasantly affordable it was. Prior to contacting Hartlaub we had assumed the repair was going to cost us almost double what we were quoted. We won’t hesitate to contact Hartlaub in the future for any of our home repair needs. :)

Omer installed a new water heater and humidifier. Also had my furnace and AC serviced. Very thorough and catches problems before they turn into an expensive repair.

This was an emergency repair on New Year's morning, my furnace went out late Saturday New Year's Eve night and we woke up to a pretty chilly house, so after calling 211 then Energy assistance I was contacted by Mr. Alexis Liamas and he came right away and fixed the problem very quicky and made sure there wouldn't be any other issues he checked and cleaned some sensor that could've caused a problem later, so I really appreciate the thorough job and concern I was shown.

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.

We had a new Daikin AC system installed and it took less than a day for the install. The price was reasonable and the service exceptional. We have been using Seider for decades at our home and businesses and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Seider for all of your HVAC needs.
