Best Gas Pipe Installation in Milwaukee WI

Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

We had a plumber come out in late December to get rid of some tree roots in our basement pipes. They took 20 mins. and said they had completed the task. They charged us $370! March 15 we called that same plumber back and said we were getting sewage backup in our basement again. He said that he would come out again and would charge us the same amount. That’s when we called Tuffy’s. The customer service from the start was outstanding! The guys were here promptly for the appointment. They had a tough job ahead of them. Due to unforeseen circumstances they had to return the next day and dug out the root pictured below. We cannot thank the Tuffy crew enough! We will DEFINITELY be using you again.

I called more than a month ago to ask for connecting my house to city water. I was told that Larry is on charge and he will give me a call. I got the call and we set a date to check my house then I waited for a written estimate about what needed to be done and the cost. It took more than a month waiting for an answer or email. Every time I call there is no Larry when I complained about waiting for more than month just to get an estimate, one of the staff named Margie was rude and she said go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait. I told her that I have been waiting for over a month and she said yes that’s how it’s and she hang up the phone. Very unprofessional and not responsive. I was very patient but I learned my lesson and I will never wait this long for someone to provide a service for me that cost thousands of dollars. By the way the only take cash and if you want to pay with credit card they charge 3% . I don’t recommend this play at all.

A flush / service for a tankless water heater- the rep the phone described hourly rates (the first hour is more than the subsequent hours , etc).

Appointment was made.

Plumber showed up forty-five minutes later.

Plumber left an hour and 45 minutes later.

Invoice shows up two weeks later for -390$ which included a “truck charge” of 35 dollars. (See above - tankless flush requires a couple of wrenches and a bottle of de- mineralizer ). 47$ for the de-mineralized (our dog ran off with the bottle so we still have it- you can buy on amazon for 15$). Labor charged was 2.5 hours at the lower rate for a total of 287$.

Would not recommend based on- punctuality and price.

Not reliable!

Stumbled across this service on Google.I Called & Left a detailed message on his voicemail. Richard returned my call in a timely matter. Set up an appointment for him to repair my fan over the stove. So, on the day of the appointment, I sent a reminder text in which he confirmed. However, he was a NO SHOW!! I called/texted to see was he still coming. No reply nor a courtesy call. My appointment was at 4 pm and it’s now 8:03pm and still no call!! Good help is sooo hard to find!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Maybe this was a sign from God letting me know that he was NOT the RIGHT person for the job!

Bob and his team are true experts. We have worked with them on projects over the last year and would highly recommend to anyone. Honest, fair and knowledgable.

Never showed up for my service in December

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

Borth/Wilson did a complete makeover of our main bathroom and powder room. We could not be happier with the finished rooms. All employees of Borth/Wilson were a pleasure to work with. We were given a schedule of how work would proceed, which was very helpful. All the workers, including carpenters, plumbers, tile layers and painters, were the very best in their professions. They all did expert workmanship - covered everything that had to be covered - and cleaned up every single day.

We give all involved a FIVE STAR rating. Thank you Borth/Wilson.

I never liked dealing with Cheryl or Jennifer's unprofessional attitudes. The only reason I used Knauer for plumbing was because of Buzz. So after they told me he had to retire due to his health, I had to find a new company. When my new plumber came to the door I was so happy and surprised to see that my new plumber was Buzz! I told him the story they told about his retiring/health issues. I asked why he left, but he wouldn't say. Just that his reasons had nothing to due to with his health. Whatever the reason, they must have done something pretty bad to make him leave after so many years. Buzz was the best thing that company had going for them!

I called with a small (non-emergency) plumbing problem and they had me scheduled immediately. Ray showed up in the arrival window he gave and was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew what the job entailed before he arrived and was all prepared and was done quickly. He made some helpful suggestions to simplify the next phase of the project too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hagen Plumbing to anyone and will be calling again for my next project.

Excellent service

I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJ's and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJ's for all of our plumbing needs.
