Needed a repair on my furnace done ASAP. Work was completed quickly and as expected

PJ Plumbing is outstanding. We had a house full of people for a family party and were in desparete need of a plumber. We were without running water for over an hour before calling PJ's. Once we called Paul showed up within 30 minutes and had us back up and running.

Upgrade on our kitchen plumbing…Showed up on time…did great work…cleaned up nicely after the job and even fixed a few other problems while he was here! Chris is a good reliable plumber and very knowledgeable.

I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.

Great service for a great price!! Both Tim and Todd have helped me out of plumbing repairs and installs at much less than others quoted. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend ! Thanks guys!

We had a plugged toilet. Steve called when he was about 15 minutes away. He fixed our problem quickly. Steve was friendly and professional. I will always go back to Zachow and Sons for my plumbing needs.
