Bryan Faust took my call, gave me guidance on getting my own disposal vs. using one of his, had someone out the next day to install it, replace a P-Trap, and snake my drain. All is in fine working order now! Plus they gave us some guidance on a future bathroom remodel. Bill was emailed, fair, and easy to pay quickly online. Now our plumber for life!

This morning I woke up to discovered that my basement floor drain was blocked up with raw sewage and had filled the basement floor. Frustrated, scared, and confused, I called my home warranty company who put me in touch with Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain. Sherri from sewer and drain called me. She was polite, professional, and very friendly. She scheduled my appointment for tomorrow at 11 am. I told her I had a small child at home and and my water was shut off. Hearing the desperation in my voice, she called back and told me her husband had a soft spot for children and he would be at my home shortly after 6 pm. At 6:15, her husband and her son Chris arrived at my home. When they arrived, they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They answered all my questions. Within 20 minutes, the work was completed efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up the sewage and they cleaned up behind themselves; you would not have even known they were there! They had done an outstanding job! I would never go with any other company. Thank you Tuffy’s sewer and drain for being compassionate in my time of need.

Blake came and fixed our gas leak with minimal effort. It was a quick job to start the early day and he was happy to help.

Had a couple plumbing upgrades and repairs done to my old house. Pat was very professional and did a great job.

They broke my sewer line when they were digging to replace my water line and charged me $1200 to fix it.

I found this company through google. It was very random and I took a chance. My water heater had stopped working. I called left a message and within 10 minutes someone returned the call. Within an hour of the phone call someone was here to fix it. They were very professional, informative and very reasonably priced! I'm so happy I took the chance. I highly recommend O&W Heating and Cooling!

Never showed up for my service in December

I have hired Alpine Plumbing on a few occasions and referred them to real estate clients of mine as well. I find them to be dependable, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! On a price comparison level, they are about par with service calls, but for a special project I had, they were about 25% less than 2 other quotes. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves!

Have been using them to service our furnaces and water heaters for the last 15 years. They are always timely when it's an emergency. They do great work and are up front about pricing. The ladies in the office, and the repair people are always very nice. I would definitely recommend using them.👍

I was charged $900 for the replacement board that cost $250 i was charged $500 for it customer beware total rip off

PJs sent someone to photograph an issue I was having with a cracked cast iron vent pipe which was leaking sewer gas into the house. I also requested them quoting replacement of the remaining cast iron drain line which was 1 additional 4 foot section. The person stated he would take the pictures back to the individual that does the estimates and they would get back to me. After 2 days and 2 phone calls I received my estimate of $9000. Had I not known better and trusted their pricing I would have been out that money. The exact same work is being performed by a well know local and reputable plumber for $1600. If you were too busy or did not want to do the job just say so, don't try and take advantage of people with some outrageous price in hopes that they don't have any knowledge of what needs to take place and agree to your bid without checking other plumbers. Also there was no bid even close to $9000. I received your reply to this review which you stated that you quoted for replacement of the entire pipe not just 4 ft Did you not read my review it stated it was for the EXACT same work to be done, also there was never any talk of replacement of the entire existing water supply to Pex. Where did you come up with this? If you are the individual writing bids maybe you should make it a point of showing up yourself and not sending someone to take pictures. As far as communicating with you I called twice and was told you were not in the office much and would get back to me which you finally did with your ridiculous bid via email
