We've been using Reupert Plumbing for years and we've always had good service. Joe always tells us our options and keeps things working well.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

This was an emergency repair on New Year's morning, my furnace went out late Saturday New Year's Eve night and we woke up to a pretty chilly house, so after calling 211 then Energy assistance I was contacted by Mr. Alexis Liamas and he came right away and fixed the problem very quicky and made sure there wouldn't be any other issues he checked and cleaned some sensor that could've caused a problem later, so I really appreciate the thorough job and concern I was shown.

Paul was at my house within the hour of my frantic call because my sump pump stopped working and my basement was flooding. We had a sump pump pile burst on one of the coldest days of the year, flooding our basement. Tim was out within 30 minutes and took care of the issue - he never talked to me like I didn't understand, but took the time to explain in a kind way what was happening. We will use him again and again!

Milestone was fabulous from the very beginning! I emailed for information and they allowed me to email photos of what I needed done in order to give an estimate via email. This saved a lot of time to be able to do it this way. They quickly made an appointment and the plumber was right on time. The main thing we needed done was to replace the utility sink and faucet due to a leaking faucet. The plumber, Adam, was amazing and actually went above and beyond (with our permission first of course) to rework my basement laundry area to make it so much more efficient and useable. My washer and dryer used to be across the room from each other and he took the time to reroute some pipes and get my dryer next to the washer with the doors facing the right way! He also made it so the washer empties right into the plumbing system instead of into the utility sink which is also super convenient and less messy. I was astonished when I got home on how good it looked compared to before. Thanks for the amazing service and for thinking outside of the box to improve my basement. See before and after photos! I really couldn't have asked for a better plumber. I found Flow-Rite randomly on the web and after reading the positive reviews gave them a call. I was looking for a new water heater and didn't know if I wanted a standard model or a tankless. Ben reviewed the different options with me and offered to come out and look at my current set up free of charge to see which would work best. After meeting with him I decided to go with a tankless heater. We set up a time later that week for Ben to come out and do the installation. He and his assistant came out and spent the majority of the day ensuring everything was done to our specifications, letting us know when we needed to turn the water off and when we could use it again. They were kind and courteous to our entire family. They put drop clothes down from the front door to the basement . I was hesitant about the tankless water heater, however it worked just as Ben said it would. The next day my furnace went out and I thought it may have been connected to the work the plumbers were doing with the gas line (it wasn't). Ben came out on a Saturday and double checked everything just to make sure it didn't have anything to do with his work (once again it didn't). Our water heater came with a circulator which was unexpected, however Ben installed this piece as well, keeping true to his original quote even with the additional work. I'd recommend Ben to anyone although selfishly I hope he doesn't get much busier so he's available the next time I need him!
