They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

Had a couple plumbing upgrades and repairs done to my old house. Pat was very professional and did a great job.

Very disappointed. Called on Saturday night and the operator told me that the plumber will call me back within minutes. Over an hour later, I called again and I was told that he will call me and to have patience. When one has sewage in the basement patience is the last thing that one can have. Today is Wednesday and I still didn't get that phone call.

They did a good job fixing my mother-in-law's toilet.

...and the followup visit about 1 week later, to finish the work Matt started, (had to wait for the city to come and verify that the water could be turned off before Matt could replace the inlet valve), was just as good as the first. It's reassuring to know that if we ever have a plumbing problem, we don't have to wonder who to contact. And if anyone we know asks us who we'd recommend to fix their plumbing, that's taken care of now, as well. Thanks again.

I had a very good experience with Flow-Rite Plumbing. He answered my call and I was able to have a same day appointment! Communication was through text and was prompt! He accessed the problem and explained to me my options-in a way I understood(which is always helpful). He did not lead me into only one option and was respectful of my budget concerns. Problem was fixed the same day and check out was easy with all forms of payment were welcomed so I didn't have to worry about that.
