Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They came out in like an hour and got the job done in an hour. Keith was professional and helped me to understand what he was doing and why. It was great!

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

I really couldn't have asked for a better plumber. I found Flow-Rite randomly on the web and after reading the positive reviews gave them a call. I was looking for a new water heater and didn't know if I wanted a standard model or a tankless. Ben reviewed the different options with me and offered to come out and look at my current set up free of charge to see which would work best. After meeting with him I decided to go with a tankless heater. We set up a time later that week for Ben to come out and do the installation. He and his assistant came out and spent the majority of the day ensuring everything was done to our specifications, letting us know when we needed to turn the water off and when we could use it again. They were kind and courteous to our entire family. They put drop clothes down from the front door to the basement . I was hesitant about the tankless water heater, however it worked just as Ben said it would. The next day my furnace went out and I thought it may have been connected to the work the plumbers were doing with the gas line (it wasn't). Ben came out on a Saturday and double checked everything just to make sure it didn't have anything to do with his work (once again it didn't). Our water heater came with a circulator which was unexpected, however Ben installed this piece as well, keeping true to his original quote even with the additional work. I'd recommend Ben to anyone although selfishly I hope he doesn't get much busier so he's available the next time I need him!

They also leave the place in great shape. They've rescued me many times.

I have used Plugged Pipes a number of times with the remodeler I work for and they have always been on time, courteous and professional. I just yesterday used them on my own house for a blocked sewer lateral and they showed up fast, evaluated the problem and were finished in no time. I would recommend them over and over.

I would highly recommend 24/7 Drain Cleaning to anyone. I called them around 9am on the Monday before the 4th of July. He told me that he was super busy but he would still try to make it out. Around 1:30 He got to my house. He tried snaking my sewer line for an hour when he realized that the clog was not going to get fixed by the snake. He referred me to a different company that had the machine that would work on the clog and even called them to see if they could come out. He could have kept trying to snake the drain and charge me a arm and leg, but he didn't and stopped when he realized snaking wasn't working. Professional and very honest.
