Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

Never again would we us your services!!! The guy who replaced our water heater damaged our wood back door when taking the old water heater out!! Had Brillo Home Improvements come and repair and paint the door and we Get The Bill For $357.00!!! Made My Day NOT’!! BS!!!!😡😡😡😡

Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

Someone from roto rooter was here within an hour. The person cleaned out the tree roots, clogging the main drain, and it works great now.
